Located on the road to Granada from Guajar Farraguit, and about 4km from the village, a recently built cortijo of about 80 sq.m., consisting of salon, dining room, bedroom, small room ( could be a w.c./bathroom) and a storeroom with garage doors ( with a w.c. installed). There is a front terrace, and there are very fine views ( one can see the sea, and because of this benefit from the sea breeze in the summer). The house is partly built over a large water deposit ( which lies below the house and the back patio), and because of this there is well(!) in the dining room , from which domestic water can be drawn with a bucket, or via a hand pump. The house is wired for mains electricity, but at present there is none connectable, so one would have to use a generator or solar panel. The land is 12,000 sq.m., terraced and sloping, with olive and almond trees. The location is peaceful and rural, the tarmac road carries very little traffic, but makes Guajar Farraguit and Granada readily accessible.
