Located about 1km from Canar, itself about 6km from Orgiva, and reached by a good private track from the main road, three adjacent plots of land, in all about 3 Ha, with a 70 sq.m. cortijo. The building is about ten years old, of good construction, and wired for electricity (not connected). There is a large front living area with fireplace, an adjoining w.c., and two back bedrooms and a pantry. In front of the cortijo is a large terrace, with a walnut tree providing shade in the summer. Behind the house is a large (about 8m by 3m) water deposit, filled by water from a spring on the land. The land is hillside land, terraced, about two thirds olive land, the rest almond land. There are more than 100 olive trees, and a great diversity of other trees.... almond, chestnut, walnut, orange, lemon, sharon fruit, fig, peach, apple, kiwi, grapevines, etc. etc. There in all three springs on the land, and abundant irrigation water available from an acequia ( water channel) Because of the proximity to the town, town water is connectable. The views to the south, and across the valley to the west, are exceptional ( one can see the sea, and on clear days the Rif mountains of Morocco).
